Tonight we saw Dr Robinson what a breath of fresh air. She was not only incredibly helpful but actually listened to our concerns took them seriously and ordered tests and referrals. We need to keep this doctor. Also the receptionist should get a shout out so helpful and considerate. Well done Montague for getting these people. | ||||||

Reading the reviews I would just like to say how lucky the community is to have a surgery that is not part of a huge consortium or bought by an American Mecca firm as reported by the TONIGHT programme on BBC . I have been a patient with Montague for 39 years and listening everyday to my patients complaining about their GP surgeries in Hull and other parts of East Yorkshire and not getting appointments in my job role , I must say I have never had a problem . The surgery has a great system in place and triages patients needs . Staff are polite , respectful and always pleasant . In these times of patients expectations and demands they do a fantastic job and we should all be mindful of this . We should all be as patients kind respectful and grateful for such a surgery on our doorstep ! | ||||||

The new asthma nurse was fantastic .I am terrible with names but she has blonde hair and came from the acute trust . She listened and you felt she had time to explain about the asthma. I didn’t feel rushed and actually felt she was interested in my health by the way she spoke, turned her chair to face you and allowed you to open up and speak , not just ticking a box for the NHS targets. Thank you ?? excellent patient care provided . | ||||||
