    I contacted the practice as I was struggling with Covid symptoms, this was my second time with Covid after also struggling with prolonged Covid from the first time. I explained my symptoms to the receptionist and requested to speak with the asthma nurse, for then the receptionist just to reply with no and what do you expect to feel like you’ve got Covid! After I received a call immediately from the asthma nurse who had taken my concerns seriously, along with a hospital visit. Absolutely shocking customer service from reception.
