Over the years I have seen most of the doctors working in the practice. Without exxeption I have found them to be very professional, empathetic, good listeners and willing to refer onwards for teats and consultations as a precaution should anything more serious than tbe immediately obvious be suspected. The doctors hsve a good bedside manner that puts you at ease and they involve you in decision making about your own health. In these difficult times for GPs the doctors still able to provide a brilliant service, for example, you can see a GP. on the same day thst you phone for an appointment. I have always found the reception staff helpful. The nurses are friendly, professional and efficient | ||||||

I have found the staff at Eastgate to be exceptionally helpful both for myself (mental health issues) and my wife (who suffers from a longterm debilitating condition). I can always get an appointment if required, and whilst this can sometimes be at the Health centre in Harrogate rancher than the surgery in Knaresborough, this is not a problem. | ||||||
