I have been with this practice since I was born My experience with the spa surgery is second to None everyone is so helpful when ever I ring. But this year it has been outstanding I have struggled with my weight for a long time and I receive a phone call from a wonderful lady her name is Idoya she is one of the most caring people I have ever met she has guided me through my weight loss journey and has kept in regular contact to see if I was ok I can’t express the thanks enough to her she is amazing If you have a certificate for exceptional care this lady she so deserves it Thank you so much Idoya xx | ||||||

My daughter (5years) received excellent care over a couple of days whilst we were visiting Harrogate from Essex last week. She developed Cellulitis in her leg from an infected spot. The surgery made it very easy for us to visit as temporary residents and get treatment. Everyone was very polite and friendly and we received a very efficient and accommodating service. Her leg is on the mend and she's much better. | ||||||

One particular receptionist who was manning the desk around 11.30am was so efficient and helpful this morning (04/09) when I had a problem with my prescription after visiting A&E following an allergic reaction to some eye drops the pharmacist had recommended yesterday She recognised the urgency and sorted it really quickly and with great patience.
Her colleague I dealt with initially this morning over the prescription (problems were due to my errors, no one else’s) was also great and all the staff have always been very helpful in previous dealings, but this morning I caused particular inconvenience! Considering how busy this surgery usually is they should all be commended! Thank you. | ||||||
