The reception and medical staff have gone over and above to help my daughter and get her the medication she needs whilst she's away from home over the school holidays. They're so busy at the moment but were very responsive and took the time to do all they could liaising with a pharmacy in another part of the UK. |

I visited the surgery this morning & had to wait quite a while before being call in to see the Practice Nurse. She immediately apologise for my wait. The wait didn’t bother me as I know everyone is extremely busy. She explained exactly what was going to happen & what all the instruments were for. (I find it really strange that I can not mention this person by name, as she deserves to be singled out for her lovey, reassuring manner. When I asked if she was permanent, she said she was, hopefully. I really wanted to write this very positive review about her, she deserves it. I really hope she becomes a permanent member of the team. The Receptionist was also very pleasant when I passed on my thanks. I have always been treated with dignity at this practice by all the staff. Thank you. |

I never had an issue regarding appointments in this surgery. Staff is quite helpful when needed an urgent appointment. Repeat prescription requests are always dealt in time. |
