I have been registered at this surgery for 20+ years but only needed them occassionally. Until this morning, and i just want to say a massive thankyou for the service i have received. Starting with the receptionist who was so lovely with me whilst i was in severe pain. She identified my need for urgent telephone call from Doctor and explained when this would be likely to happen.
The GP rang just a few hours later and assessed my situation. He explained everything thoroughly and provided a good plan of care.
I felt totally respected and listened to. Thank you.
My only negative and this is only a very minor point, is with telephone options, they are far too long and it tells you to ring back when surgery opens. As a patient who very rarely attends clinic had no idea when that would be, i feel it would have been better to be told open times than the long explanation. |
