To get an appointment you have to ring at either 8.30am or 1.30pm however it is very busy and I redialled 58 time until I got through but then there were no appointments left. You can book for 3 weeks ahead but not for tomorrow. I rang 3 days in a row at the times to ring for appointments but couldn't get through.

Can't believe I phoned to make an evening appointment in July, the earliest they could offer was mid September at 18:45, that was an hour ago and I'm still waiting to be seen.
If you have an emergency you must phone at 08:30 on the dot or you won't get a same day appointment.
If there was another practice within easy reach I would switch in a heartbeat. | ||||||
