There is never appointment available. Staff are very unpleasant. Always telling you to go to walk in centre. Why do we have doctors surgery when we have to walk in centre . No symptoms not even for a baby . I don’t know how they got CQC rating . CQC should ask patients view and experience. |

I am always fobbed off by the receptionists. Staff are rude and have no people skills when communicating on the phone. They can’t wait to get you off the phone any quicker. You make a request online as they tell you to do that rather than actually take a few minutes to listen to what you have to say. Very rigid surgery with receptionists who have no social intelligence. You have to ring back and ask then if they received your request, because they sure won’t get back to you. I rang to be told my request has been completed.. how would I know that when I’m not being communicated to? Am I supposed to dream that something is ready for collection? If I didn’t call, my renewal for my personal request would still be sitting there and I wouldn’t know any better. Worst GP surgery ever! |
