Absolutely terrible service since Dr Brasill retired. Worried for my children and grandchildren who are still patients here but cannot get seen by a Dr no matter how ill they are. The message is 'if your problem is serious go to A+E, if not see a chemist'. |

This practice is a breath of fresh air to this relatively new patient. All the staff are friendly, supportive and efficient and each inquiry is treated with courtesy and a positive attitude. It makes such a difference to be greeted as a patient and not a problem. |

The receptionist was very friendly lady!always pleasant whether it’s on the phone or in person.my doctor is awesome can’t thank her enough, she’s a very caring lady and covered all corners of my illness with care and took time with me toget to the bottom of it!I highly recommend the doctor and she is the best doctor I’ve seen since being with Fairfield surgery.I have been a patient at Fairfield surgery for 31years and I have never received such amazing service.I think it’s a real shame I can’t name the doctor I am on about as she deserve recognition for her work and her time!:).I feel completely at ease going to my surgery thanks to the wonderful staff members especially these two ladies which iv been speaking about. |
