The “doctor” was dismissive and accused my 54 year old mother a respected teacher of sniffing cocaine because she woke up with a really bad nose bleed. Not once did he take his eyes off the screen then proceeded to tell her she’s fine and to buy mouthwash. Now she has to go to a REAL doctor because it may be a side effect to her medication. I don’t want a phone number I want to make an official complaint in writing. |

Today (19/09/2019) I booked a phone appointment today as I need to get re-referred to a clinic.
I managed to speak once to the GP who's said that there is no need to re-refer me back to the clinic despite the clinic keep saying that they absolutely need his re-referral as they are a private clinic and this is their policy.
Instead of getting the re-referall after clearly telling the GP that the situation has worsen, I got forced to book a new phone appointment fro Sunday the 22nd becuase the GP was busy talking to other patients.
I'm really badly suprised and angry about this.
Regards,
Henry
p.s. get a manager to ring me back asap as I've already rung several times the reception without finidng any solution. |

The Phlebotomist who called me in for my blood test didn’t wear gloves or wash her hands I’m front of me before taking my bloods, they had chipped nail varnish, wasn’t wearing a uniform and looked scruffy in a jumper and leggings - completely against IPC
There was other patient details on the desk which I could clearly read the patient name and what investigations they where having- breach of IG
A receptionist knocked on the door and came into the room without agreement of the phlebotomist whilst I was having blood taken and started to talk about another patients appointment that has been rescheduled in front of me. Really not a great experience. Lots of improvements to be made. |
