It is difficult to reach somebody over the phone since 8 am I have wait I’ve an hrs to hear that are not available appointments for today. Once you get through and you see your doctor unfortunately doctor doesn’t listen to you give you only referral for blood test but don’t explain why and for what. When you have results is difficult to reach opinion regarding first and second blood test. I choose one doctor to come to as I have believe will be easier to see what going on with me unfortunately the same doctor who see me don’t know why I am again. And when I spoke over the phone with doctor as I wanted talk about results I heard are other people more important and hand up the phone.Jesus that shame how they treating people. On top admin is unprofessional and not friendly. I don’t know why this practice is open. Several months I am on paracetamol and I have health issue but nobody from gp try solve me out. They don’t care at all. I have lumps on neck I should be check out every few months but of course nobody look into system! Shame. Only they asked if I lost waiver etc. I am human not next page in the book.
They are deluded if they think they can treat people. I feel sorry for others and my self because seems like we must go Privat to doctor to see what going on in our body. For what thousand people from this go pay tax ? Why do we need to have several pain? Why? It is not about to say sorry -that should be fixed immediately |

we have transferred to this surgery 1 year ago, the service of reception is unbelievable bad. The stuff are special rude on the phone, and they never tried to help you to solve any problem or make your life easier. They have that attitude “I can’t help you on the phone, you better come yourself”... then “you have to wait and I don’t know what time you can get served”... “I can’t tell you even I see the note on the system, cos you didn’t fill the form, so you need to come again”...
Last year we have to call the manager to complain about the blood results, no one knows what the test for since they took a few tests in a very close period, and they lost the doctor’s note.
We have booked the appointment with our own GP, but you won’t be told till you turned up, they changed your appointment with someone else. And that GP told you after everything you went through with her, “I'm sorry it’s better for you to see your own GP, I can’t help you much today.”
I don’t know If we should say more here to complain about their staffs, or anyone in their clinic can do something about it. CHANGE ATTITUDE! We don’t expecting to be treat like queen but at least a basic respect with standard service, thanks. |
