Do not recommend at all! Have now moved my family to another doctors. Receptionist are rude, that's when they don't put the phone down on you. After several problems and complaining to the unprofessional practice manager, we have moved! Our new practice actually does have appointments and a phone system that works! Stay clear! |

This GP is in desperate need of a call queuing system. You get bounced around the office phones before the call cuts off, after making attempts well into double digits starting at 8am the days appointments are gone by 8:30 if you haven't been lucky enough to get your call answered. Phoning a GP shouldn't feel like spinning a roulette wheel. |

Always arrive on time for my appointment and I'm never seen on time today me and my 1 year old had to wait nearly 45 min after my appointment time and she was getting agitated and you can hardly get an appointment now. Especially for babies who are poorly you have to ring 111 and track miles away to see a doctor don't get me wrong the receptionist are brilliant but they seriously need to sort there drs out having one doctor on for a lot of patients is shocking |
