Requested to be referred for an earing test as i have had an earing aid for over 5yrs. Was told had to go st peters, i advised them thst i gad a choicewhere iwanted to go and thatwasnt st peters. I was then told in that case I had to see a go, this app could gave been given to someone who needed it. Visited in the 13th and after approx 1 minute in surgery the gp agreed I could have an hearing test at my requested place. It was a locum gp who didn't know that all he had to do was get me an app on line while I was there. He placed it with the practice secretary to sort the app. On the17th I rang the surgery to ask why I still hasn't recieved an app as all she hard to do was log on to the system and book the app. I was advised that "she knew what she was doing as it was her job". I thought ok leave them to it. It is now one full week later and still no app that should have taken 2 minutes. They obviously have no idea what they are doing. Now looking fo a new gp asap have no trust in them. | ||||||

Doctor in attendance 3 days, one nurse who is not covered during sick/holiday leave.
There's more reception staff than medical staff and some of them are ignorant.
Start ringing at 8am and it's engaged until 8.30 when you finally get through there's no appointments left and you have to start again two days later when the doctor is in again unless your prepared to take at least two buses to one of the sister surgeries in different towns. | ||||||
