I have had excellent service from this practice. The doctors and staff I have found to be caring and helpful. Definitely no complaints. |

As a cancer patient I don’t get the extra care I need from my GP practice. I was refused a GP appointment today which was shocking. Despite ringing the surgery nearly all morning persisting and getting the Christie hotline to ring them on my behalf too there was no backing down from the practice manager. My Last call around 1pm informing that I get no appointment out of hours or 111 I was told they will see what they can do for me & someone was going to call me back. Didn’t get no call. No care at all. All about saving money not lives. |

I required an urgent appointment for my husband, I rang the surgery 10 times, each time I received a recorded message with information about the surgery. I was informed that the phone was busy and to ring back later and the phone call was ended by them. my complaint is I will be charged for 10 phone calls why why why? what happened to the phone being engaged. I eventually went down to the surgery and got an appointment only to be told by the receptionist that it is my phone providers fault that it went to an automated message and not to being engaged. that's rubbish does she think I am stupid? Also I object to having to justify why I need an appointment. |
