I am leaving Middleton Health centre surgery as I find the reception staff extremely rude arrogant, cheeky, disrespectful no respect or dignity for one's wellbeing this is been going on for a while now I have been neglected hurt' physical impact on my health as I suffer from a number off health issues and not receiving the right treatment which they are aware off' receptionist staff and managers don't care whether you stay alive or roll over & die I have received an email from the manager after making a complaint & guess what she is taking sides with her own reception staff after I was treated like crap the issue is they are not admitting there fault and blaming me for there incompetency & there cock up's I have had more cancellation than appointment with Middleton Health Centre they ought to be ashamed of themselves for allowing there reception staff to behave in such manner is beyond a joke the manager there is also to blame if you're vulnerable be prepared to be humiliated by the reception staff' if you ever join this surgery my advice would be to avoid Middleton Health Centre or face the hardship that comes with it you have no idea what I have gone through with Middleton Health Centre words can't discribe the pain & what they have put me through has been nothing but severe anxiety' hurt & fed up I have contacted my MP to raise my concerns with Middleton Health Centre I blame the receptionist & the management for running a incompetent reception team shame on you you don't deserve any merits and should be hold accountable they are bullies arrogance is one of their favourite as they no they can get away with it as the manager will always bail her reception staff out one can only assume they have the same wrong doing and repeat them on a daily basis and are quick to point the fingers on you instead of admitting their in the wrong I have had enough of Middleton Health Centre reception staff treating me bad not once not twice on & on & on they will not stop until their investigated I will stop here and plan to join a surgery that provides health service respect, dignity, polite staff caring understanding not rude.. |

There is no chance to call them an make an appointment, even when I get thru and was told I am 3rd in a queue they hung up on me and after no way to talk with a human. System to make an appointment is a joke?? |

Not even worth one star. Shocking when you ring the doctors many times and you keep getting an automated message that they cannot take your call. Awful service when you are trying to get any support or help when needed. This needs to improve vastly and promptly improved for patients support and care. This has been an issue for years now even before Covid. |
