I can't suggest anything to improve their service, as everyone, receptionists, nurses, medicine dispensers and doctors are always so helpful. Even if the doctor is running late, they never hurry you and take time to listen and help and explain to make sure you understand. I cannot praise this surgery enough. | ||||||

Since moving from our other surgery, my husband and i have had the full support from Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacy and Reception Staff at Cookley. They are all friendly and understanding and listen to you. My husband has complex medical conditions and with the surgery supporting him they are also helping me to be his Carer. Due to problems with a noisy neighbour i have had terrible depression and after a long wait i have had therapy and was told by each GP i saw that the support was there for me, genuinely. A Great local surgery where all the staff are welcoming and caring!! | ||||||
