I rang for an appointment for the first time in over a year. I'm not a person who goes to the doctors for little things but I'm really unwell at the moment but I was told there were no available appointments for the following week. I suffer with my mental health and can only get at certain times when my husband is home. So basically it'll be a trip to primary care at kingsmill. |

My Mother is currently under review for High BP specifically told by her GP to return in 8 weeks, was unable to book appt at the time as apparently surgery does not book that far in advance, rang back 4 weeks prior to review being due again no appointments ringing now on a daily basis for an appointment to be told each day - no appointments! She has now had to request a repeat prescription for medication (as it’s 2 weeks overdue for the review) she may not even need (waste of NHS resources .......) rude reception staff openly huffing.
Still no appointments available and ringing daily to be told the same each day ?! Absolutely ridiculous. |
