Never able to get proper appointment. Tried to get my child's vaccination done, I was told to go to the hospital, when I called Penine acute telephone for appointments, they said that GP should be aware that they should be doing the vaccinations for anyone under 16. Called back surgery again and I was told that the Nurse who does vaccination left (not sure, how that is a problem as the vaccination needs to be signed off by doctor and vaccination can be done by someone else). When I said have you got any alternative, they said NO and hung up phone by saying Sorry, Bye! I am sure this surgery is milking loads of taxpayers money and where I do understand that NHS is under stress, I fail to understand how that can effect the common sense and empathy. Honestly I want to leave this surgery BUT have no other option. | ||||||

Had an appointment which are 10 minute time slots , had to wait 90 minutes to see doctor then was in for 30 mins so was there for approx 2 hours for a 10 min sit, how long do the later appointments have to wait??? | ||||||
