Not a very good last visit…. Doctor kept interrupting me when I tried to explain my concerns in detail. Everything felt rushed and that i was simply wasting their time. Real shame that appointments have become so less personal. I’m a 70 year old worrier and just need things explaining a little slowly and in more detail. Why is that a problem? | ||||||

I have been with this practice, the entirety of my 35 years, short of a 2 year window when I moved away. As have my entire immediate family (I believe Dr Pilcher was even on hand to assist my mother deliver me) neither myself, nor any member of my family have ever had any need to complain, but regularly praise. We have liased with the practise for a wide range of ailments from teenage anxiety, cardiovascular diseases, chronic pain and funny lumps and bumps (family wide of course, not just the one unfortunate pt) and fingers crossed, so far, absolutely faultless. I would like to specifically mention that more recently I myself have been seen by Dr Galley and was utterly gobsmacked at how thorough and truly person centred the whole experience was! | ||||||

I had an appointment with Dr North who instantly put me at my ease. She listened to my problem and put an effective plan in place whilst checking my expectations. The standard of care was outstanding and Dr North’s consultation was excellent. | ||||||
