All staff at this surgery work as a team. They use technology to communicate so you know that any message left for a Doctor or Nurse will get through.
I have complex health needs and feel that my GP is working to keep me as well as possible. Keep up the good work | ||||||

I am new to this area ,so as you can imagine,me being age 71, felt a little concerned about changing my GP as I have Parkinson’s disease and it can become complicated liaising with both. Thanks to your team I have had excellent service from both practices. The GP who did my initial assessment,‘doctor linda Thwaite, was extremely thorough and approachable.The reception staff were friendly and helpful.I think receptionist are very important to any business dealing with possibly stressed customers as they represent the whole team.
