This surgery is a waist of time my medicine I have to take for life is never right.you can never get through to book a appointment,and when you do make appointment they stop your medication to you have spoken to them.reseponists are rude and don't seem to care.come on haven please get your act together before someone else comes seriously ill and the worst happens. | ||||||

I've had a text message from Drs to make a appointment, renal unit got in touch with them to help with my back pain tried a week now to get a appointment be time I get through ALL APPOINTMENTS have gone , This is not good enough, I'm in so much pain its unbelievable ?? | ||||||

16 September 2020: No communications and organisatioin, e.g. there is no communication this year regarding the flu jabs. A lot of the other surgeries are already doing the jabs but I have phoned haven 3 times and they have no idea as to when they will be doing the flu jabs this year. I would have thought it is even more important to get the flu and pneumonia jabs done as soon as possible this year in particular for the high risk people like me. But it seems not as far as haven medical centre staff are concerned. | ||||||
