The reception staff are friendly and welcoming, they always do their best to give appointments to suit my schedule. Prescriptions are done on the fastet turn around in Burton upon Trent. The nurses and health assistant are always considerate and caring, as for the doctors they always have the patients best interest formost and are a credit to the medical profession | ||||||

I have been a patient at Peel Croft Surgery for many years now and find that all staff are very helpful, polite and respectful. Reception staff don't ask intrusive questions nor do you get the 3rd degree when booking an appointment. The quality of care I have received is simply outstanding from the reception team (who are always happy, polite and respcetful) through to the nurses and the doctors. I simply cannot recommend this surgery highly enough | ||||||

I have been with peel croft since birth, 56 years. They are an amazing practice and team. The Doctors are amazing, nothing is ever to much trouble, never had trouble getting an appointment or a call back, the nurses are lovely, as are the receptionists, understanding and compassionate. Always have been and I am sure, always will be | ||||||
