After visiting the surgeryback in February i was told inwould be contacted before my birthday , 2 months after the date still no notification to discuss tablets and blood pressure , was told its now 12 months before inwould get contacted , what a shambles , do not feel confident with this surgery anymore , reception is diabolical , totally condescending , used to be a much more welcome surgery , | ||||||

The doctors are excellent, however it is almost impossible to get an appointment. Receptionist need re training in skills such as … basic manners. The system is falling apart as you are more likely to attend a walk in Center or A&E than have a check up with your GP, 99% of the times you ring and the receptionist will tell you they have no appointments left ( even if you ring early in the morning ). Something is seriously wrong here … | ||||||

I think it the worst surgery I have ever been with they are no compassionate about there patients no enough phone lines you try calling from.750 till 9 50 then get told no appt for a child with mental health issues disgusting | ||||||
