A poor attitude to patient care , the staff focus more on their ratings and so called 'awards' rather than actual patient care or satisfaction. The receptionists are uncaring, often inept, and give inaccurate and simply uneducated advice. When asked to provide basic information the clinical staff feel 'challenged' rather than happy to offer the rightful information that patients should have. This practice and its staff are reliant on a a largely unassuming and vulnerable population who simply 'ask no questions and pose no problems'. |

My family and I have been part of this surgery for over thirteen years.
We have all been satisfied with the service during all these years.
The attention and care we have received have always been excellent. I particularly like the fact that I have been treated with respect and any problem or ailment I had, it was explained to me and I have always been involved in any treatment I had. The same for the rest of my family.
Whenever myself or my member of my family to go to the surgery for consultation or prescriptions, the personnel have been polite and efficient.

I have been registered at this practice since 2015, I came from abroad.
The Receptionist were really welcoming when I had my 1st apt with the nurse. The Doctors are also really good and they always listen to my health problems.
I always get an appointment when I need one and if not available I request a call back.
