I had a terrible experience today at DMU surgery. I fell on the stairs of my building and hurt my left ankle and leg very badly. As I live close by, and I am a student at DMU , I decided to go there first instead of heading to the hospital, to have it checked if it was broken or just sprained and have it wrapped at least. Waited for like 10 minutes in line, standing on one leg and holding up to someone, to then obtain a "we do not have anything available for today, if you feel like is broken just go to the hospital or call by tomorrow". Spent money on uber, since I couldn't walk, and made a huge effort to go there while in tremendous pain to just be sent back home without being checked even. I sincerely think you should look better after your patients, specially students! | ||||||

Every experience I’ve had with this surgery has been very good. Usually I see the same doctor. He is very friendly + always happy to advise and help.

I have been with this surgery since 2007 I have nothing but the best from this surgery , patient centered willing to help and very understanding reminds me of an old fashioned country practice which is very hard to find these days , which is a shame , I need to move for a larger home but won't because I don't want to loose my doctors who are trustworthy I know I have to wait for my appointment but when your seeing a good doctor it's worth it, people are to impatient today and expect at the click of a finger but to me if I can't wait due to pain then I should be at A&E these doctors are superb the best I've been too in the city and I've had 3 different doctors surgeries the others are not worth mentioning, thankyou to all the doctors that are at this surgery you do a fantastic job and the staff also ?? | ||||||
