I have recently been for my MOT checks. Like most males, I like to avoid the doctor but bit the bullet. The GP that I saw was professional, had a really good bedside manner and dealt with my various issues immediately. I can’t praise the level of service enough. |

Billesdon surgery is currently more interested in its new computer system than its patients. How on earth did they cope pre computer age, for it can't be worse than the service provided now. The patients seem to get in the way......life would be so much simpler if they didn't have to deal with those pesky patients. Getting an appointment is near impossible, the dispensary is never open..we are told due to lack of staff......well employ some.more then. |

I do not know of another GP practice that manages to give such remarkable patient access. They have a walk-in surgery each morning where you are guaranteed to see a doctor if you arrive by 10am. In addition, when on the rare occasion we have had an urgent issue arise in the afternoon, the practice has always managed to accommodate us. Routine appointments can be booked in advance for the afternoon surgery. We feel very fortunate to leave within the practice boundaries. Thank you. |
