I have been bad for 5 weeks now been ringing on and off every day rang 2 weeks ago got told no Appointments left I had rang them 215 time from 8 am and it was engaged Till half 8 and she told me the only appointment they had was at westcoats witch I had to time had to pay a taix to take me cos don’t drive giveing antibiotics Told if not got when finished the course to see the doctor it’s been over a week I finished then and still can’t get in to see my own doctor it’s a joke I have been at this doctor since my mum gave born to me . Yet your taking new people on but can’t be assed to see the people registered now | ||||||

You can never get an appointment at this place whenever you call, if you need an appointment in the afternoon you are told to call back at 14:00, when you call you are told all the appointments are gone,
When you do manage to get an appointment and turn up the waiting room is empty?
When an appointment is not available you used to be told go to the walk in centre but now you have to call the 111 service,
The reception staff is so rude and uninterested and needs some training on Basic Customer Service,
I have called through many times and without even saying anything been told to wait on hold,
The GP's are really good, but the front end staff need training, they need to understand that people who are ill and stressed are turning to them for support and their bad attitude does not help.
It seems like the reception staff are fed up of people calling in,
Even when you go down to the surgery you are not greeted with a smile but a disappointed face making you feel bad for turning up in the first place.
I hope that this GP changes its attitude towards patient care. | ||||||
