My daughter has called over 100 times and got thru eventually. Was told someone would call her back and didn’t. Meds ran out days ago. Good job meds not keeping her alive. |

All the staff I've interacted with have been great, apart from one receptionist. She's not rude, exactly, but she often seems to give out the wrong information, fails to pass messages on and otherwise seems to be involved in any misunderstandings. Not only have I had personal interactions with her where she's told me something completely nonsensical that was later contradicted by another receptionist, but whenever I've been in the waiting room and someone's come in to say there's been a mix-up with something, her name is always mentioned.
I don't know if she's just severely overworked and the other staff need to take some responsibility off her shoulders or she's just incompetent, but I'm sure it's obvious who I'm talking about to anyone who's had issues at this surgery. I've had so many small, annoying, but important issues that have gone wrong because of her that I'm honestly considering changing surgeries after my baby is born, just to avoid any complications that may come up on the admin side of things in future. |

I'm appalled by the service they provide when it comes to administration tasks claiming it can take 28 days to provide you with your medical records, which thanks to them is preventing me from getting the right medical treatment I need. Their pharmacy is a shambles as I've had to transfer to a different one as they seem to struggle with simple requests and I am not at all impressed. I would advise patients to seek treatment elsewhere in Coalville. |
