I relocated from Birmingham and am pleased to rate this practice as really good compared to my previous GP practice. I always am able to get through to the receptionist so long as it's not extremely busy. The receptionist is always polite and professional. The doctor always listens to my ailments and prescribes me the correct medication for it. | ||||||

If you can get an appointment with one particular doctor - you’re lucky! Very knowledgable Dr and extremely helpful. Unfortunately they have a lot of locum Dr, so you don’t get the consistency. Shame. | ||||||

Called the surgery and the lines been busy over 3 hours. Definitely unhooked the phone. Very poor. I really need to speak to my doctor and can't go in person due health condition. Been with the surgery 7+ years and seen my doctor a total whooping of 0 times. There are no appointments available ever and she works 2 days a week. Made over 250+ calls in the space of today hoping to speak to someone but lines busy more than 3 hours? Online website service is more worse than the surgery itself. | ||||||
