I have been attending this surgery since it opened and I am delighted to say that the service is excellent. My Gp is always polite and willing to listen and his advice is second to none. Can I say how nice it is to have such helpful, polite and cheery staff on the reception. It makes a refreshing change. I have had to visit the surgery on a number of occasions this year, for very personal reasons. Although I may struggle to get through on the phone in time for morning/afternoon appointments, the receptionists have been very helpful and I've always been able to be seen the next day or have a telephone call.
This is a lovely friendly surgery with experienced doctors. The receptionists are really busy, but are so helpful, friendly and compassionate, that I have no problems ringing them up, and going to the surgery about anything. No complaints, you may have to redial several times to get through when booking an appointment. I’ve never failed to get a same day appointment when I needed one. The doctors and other staff seem to have particular specialisms which is valuable. When you compare this experience with elsewhere in the UK we are very well served. Thank you FMC.
