If you get a rare face to face appointment prepare to be gas lit. The worst experience I've had with any healthcare professional. I was basically told my pain was a part of getting older when in fact it is a herniated disc, but I only found that out when I used my husbands medical insurance from work. The consultant was aghast. |

Rude lying receptionist, actually lie to your face. A practice manager that only manages to never be available or accountable. Part of North West Leicestershire GPs so no point in moving the lot of them are useless. |

Receptionist made assessment of my condition and decided to override specialists assessment on my needs. Requested to speak with a doctor and was told January 2023 (a month away). Looks like I will be spending all of Christmas being ill. This surgery cannot cope with the workload and still taking on new patients, we basically no longer have access to healthcare even with serious health conditions. We are left feeling very scared and unwell. |
