I have no complaints about the actual treatment I receive at this surgery, however their receptionists are unprofessional and rude even by usual standards, and make it intimidating and frustrating to contact the surgery. The staff seem to resent talking to patients in any way, apparently have very little knowledge of their job, are openly rude to patients and generally make you feel as if you are wasting important time. It is an uphill struggle to get anything helpful from them, and I dread having to contact the surgery regarding administrative matters. As I am disabled and have ongoing health conditions this is something that I HAVE to do, yet I’m treated as if I am doing it simply to bother them. It is disrespectful and upsetting to be treated so rudely when trying to access medical care. | ||||||

Best doctors I have had so far - doctor and staff are very friendly and helpful and listen to my concerns and have always had all things checked and investigated health wise when needed - thank you for everything so far! | ||||||
