Opening hours are a joke. When was this last implemented. Some reception staff could do with a lesson on compassion. Some are very helpful. Not sure why they need to ask so many questions to get an appointment. Thought that was the doctors are for. The doctors are only too happy for a paramedic to sort out your problem and not them. Isn’t that why we pay their wages with our taxes. |

For years I've been struggling with depression and anxiety, but have never felt confident enough to actually speak to my GP about it, in fear of being misunderstood or them lacking concern. Today I went to the surgery on account of my back pains (which they were also apathetic about) but decided to also talk about my mental health. Coming out, I was left feeling humiliated, as all the fears I held were true. The doctor literally told me that it wasn't a "medical issue" and to just write a diary. |
