Called to see if they have appointments. They actually had a few available which I wasn’t expecting. I had another appointment that morning sowas tying toworkaround it.!the receptionist was very rude, huffing and puffing as I asked for alternative available times. I could actually hear the eye roll! Bear in mind this was only in the space of less than a minute so I was by no means taking up her valuable time. It takes a lot for me to make a phone call so to be met with that just made me want to crawl into a ball and not come out. | ||||||

The staff are friendly and managed to get appointment to see doctor on the same day the receptionist are very helpful and caring sorted out my problem even the Doctors have time for you and listen to your problems I have never had problems with this surgery | ||||||

I had an appointment with a Dr today. He was fantastic!! He really listened to my concerns and addressed them with empathy and professionalism. I have always found the practice to be extremely supportive and the staff to be friendly. | ||||||
