Doctors do not listen. I’ve feeling sick for months and the doctor would go it’s an infection. When asked what type of infection she wouldn’t say. When booking appointments they will constantly try to hang up on you. I asked for another doctor and she actually screamed no (idk why. I was speaking in a really hushed tone) and said you need to give us notice beforehand. Then said bye and try to hang up. Had to ring again for her to tell me that ring back at 8 (?). Eventually went to my works private and they have me screening for cancer because the lump that Melbourne health centre said not to worry about has marks to show it’s cancer. Honestly such a shit GP | ||||||

When i phoning early morning 8 o’clock to book an appointment.the phone not going through .I having this problem since 4 to 5 days .very hard like impossible to make an appointment with the doctor. Very poor service Very disappointed | ||||||

Doctors dont listen. They just talk.
They dont offer sound advice, especially around mental health.
Not empathic or understanding and they need to work on their listening skills and not get culture or religion diagnose me instead of medical knowledge. | ||||||
