They have two slots in which you can book an appointment. 8am or 3pm
Now as you can imagine with no calling waiting options you are stuck with the constant “userbusy”
On top of that their appointment times are abysmal
Dont expect to get seen on time - everytime ive had to come here i have had to wait no less than 15 minutes after my designated appointment.
Mind you i have a job so getting appointments are already strainous so imagine my annoyance when i am here waiting for ages.
I wouldnt recommend this practice to be honest - i am only signed up here as its the closet to my home and going private os costly. | ||||||

I have been using the surgery for long time. I am carer for two disabled parents who also registered here. I find the staff are extremely helpful and understanding . Nothing is too much trouble. Appointments are arranged according to our needs eg doctors and nurse appointment if needed gets arranged on same day specially for disabled parents. | ||||||
