Phoned up to book a flu jab as I received a text message saying I was eligible only to be told by the receptionist that I could not have it as they only have in 65 plus jabs I have now spoken to someone at the nhs about this and there is no such thing as only a 65 plus jab she won’t even let me talk to the practice manager says they were to busy so ask for them to contact me and her answer was not in the building receptionist can’t even get that right | ||||||

Only needed to access the surgery a few times and each time I have no been disappointed. I called at 8am and had an appointment on the same day. Yes it’s a bit of a pain ringing at 8 when everyone else is calling however the fact I can get a same day appointment is worth it. The gp is really nice, I assume she has an allocated time slot for each patient however I wouldn’t have known. I couldn’t rate the surgery enough | ||||||
