My surgery which offers appointments across both sites is run professionally and efficiently. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is always efficient, with the all the doctors and nurse going above and beyond and deliver gold standard care. | ||||||

This surgery is not the norm. The NHS is 90% great and it's staff amazing. This surgery falls into the later.
The doctors have forgotten their manners and seem to be insistent on over prescribing and the nurse I saw was unprofessional and rude. The receptionists were very polite and friendly and the surgery was clean. I have changed doctors and confirmed I do not need medication for a condition I do not have, and have had to have treatments 're done that the nurse had previously done. It's a shame that it appears to be money first, patients second. | ||||||

My husband and I have been using this practice since 2013. I must congratulate the reception staff, the nurses, the health visitors and the doctors on their dedication to their patients and the kind and considerate way in which they go about their profession. Thank you to you all, we are so glad to have been lucky enough to find you. | ||||||
