My husband called called to speak to a doctor regarding his medication This problem has been going on for about 2 MONTHS no to avail It took 20+ minutes for someone to answer the phone just to be told that he would be sent an ON - LINE - LINK to fill a form for the TRIAGE department ! He doesn’t use an IPAD or PC Not everyone is PC literate ! SAD SITUATION ! |

Having obtained and attending an emergency appointment for asthma I deteriorated rapidly and was given excellent emergency medical care by the doctors until an ambulance arrived. I then spent twelve days in hospital which shows how ill I was. Without the care and expertise of the doctors it could have been much different. |

This practice is always busy, and most of the staff are pleasant. Whilst you have to wait for an appointment with your particular doctor and this can be several weeks , I have always been seen with the same day via the triage system if needed or by seeing one of the locums. The practice does need more nursing staff and possibly review how the clinics are booked. I cannot complain at all about the service I have received just feel sorry that so many appointment are wasted by people not turning up. |
