I have, unfortunately, had to attend the Surgery for various health issues over the years and find everyone at the Surgery helpful, friendly and considering the pressure they are under they always find time to smile. The Doctors truly care about their patients and they are very kind, caring individuals who try to help at all times. They have helped me through some very dark times in my life and have always given a sympathetic ear. One in particular has shown compassion and kindness throughout. The Reception staff and Nurses too are very helpful and try their best to fit you in for an appointment - something which is not always possible - but, is not their fault. I have had to be referred to hospital yet again, but this was arranged quickly and hopefully I will get back on track very soon. The Nurses who take blood are super efficient - they normally have a problem with my arms - but not at this Surgery! Thank you to all - you do a wonderful job. | ||||||

I only hit upon the review option whilst looking for another matter, that said, I have read some of the feedback and feel I need to ensure anyone seeking information regarding the practice has more peoples experiences to make a fair assessment of what to expect at the Glebe practice. Being registered for over 20 years I have been attending appointments along with family as they have grown for anything and everything. I cannot offer praise enough for the excellent service of reception, nursing and GP staff. I have always felt confident and secure in the knowledge that my family and I received the best treatment and support; always a listening ear and compassion when dealing with sensitive matters along with confidence and trust in doctors and staff abilities to deal with everything to the best of their ability. The Glebe is an excellent practice. | ||||||

I want to thank my doctor for saving my life and their wonderful care and abilities. I've seen all the other Drs too and they are all listeners and know their stuff. The diabetes clinic has been great as have the nurses doing the bloods. Getting appointments is not the easiest thing to do anywhere in the UK these days but if you need one you'll get one here and we must remember that there's 1000s of us registered here - so, be patient as well as A patient. They do their best. So, if you fancy being ill, here's a good place to be unwell and get sorted. You won't find any better ::-) | ||||||
