I have always found the sidings to be very helpful, all staff are kind, considerate and professional. DR Smitz is the best GP I have ever spoken too, nothing to much trouble, made me feel like he had all the time in the world and and listened to all concerns and explained conditions. All nurses I have seen have been equally helpful and kind. I wish I could remember all of their names, also physio receptionists, and pharmacy. Thankyou to all of you. |

The system Evergreen is not fit for purpose. The phones are never answered quickly. The staff are excellent but must be under excessive pressure due to Evergreen. The ability to get an appointment has been made more difficult as you have to log in on the Ap Evergreen at 7.30 am or phone in from 8.00 am to get any chance to see a medical practitioner. By the time you get through on the phone after a queueing system you could walk to the surgery from most places in Boston. I was informed that the surgery has 14,500 clients/patients on their books. The Evergreen Ap disadvantages the people with little or no tech ability or knowledge and will lead to deaths of the elderly. |

This is the worst clinic in Boston! . There was always a problem with making an appointment to see a doctor, but since they introduced the app, it is completely impossible. Nothing works, when you come to the reception for help, you meet with disappointment because you will hear that you have to do it through the app. Nobody is interested that nothing works, nobody will help, only what they do will throw you a new code that does nothing. A patient who has been under constant medical supervision because they require this disease for 3 months is not able to make an appointment with his doctor because the app does not work and if you go in person, no one will help you. No access to a doctor, prescriptions by one appke and no nice staff at the reception. This is a total failure. What should a patient who suffers and needs a doctor do in such a situation, and the ladies at the reception may have the patient somewhere instead of helping? . It remains to pray for a miracle !!! |
