Telephone consultation with Dr Vanilla was disgraceful! She was rude, overbearing, uncaring,couldn’t let me speak without constantly interrupting and disputing and was generally supercilious. Shouldn’t be let loose on patients. | ||||||

Why they call this practice a doctors is beyond me. Your not likely to see one. The receptionists are rude and to be honest downright offensive. I actually saw one laugh at an elderly patient who got confused with a urine sample. I've heard personal information said out loud so everyone in the waiting room can hear it. My young granddaughter who is diebetic never gets all her medication when she should. There is a wait to get all of it. This used to be an exceptional practice, what has gone wrong. I can't comment on the doctors because it's nearly impossible to actually see one. On approaching the receptionist you would hope to get a good Professional attitude, instead you get someone who wants to broadcast all your personal details to all and sundry. Mabe they need training on how to practice confidentiality. | ||||||

This surgery use to be a great place , very professional Doctors and nurses,Caring members of staff . BUT all the caring doctors have left and you can’t get appointment even when you’ve been asked to make appointment by the new doctors. Since the pandemic this doctor surgery is experiencing high demand but what about the genuine people that are really ill if you say it’s for an emergency then you should be a given an appointment. Because the only other choice you’ve got is to go to the A&E and they’re telling you not to go to the hospital because they’re overcrowded. So what are Patience meant to do I have an ongoing condition that’s terminal and I can’t even get appointment you ring no appointments you’re ring the next day, again the next day no appointment appointments. You ring at 8 am and by 10 you get through no appointments. What are you to do . Maybe closing one of the surgery’s and Concentrated stuff at OneMain medical Center might be an answer that way they might be able to answer the phone and might have doctors for patients to see and of course the cost element will be much less because you haven’t got to maintain two surgeries.Again this surgery was great not anymore. | ||||||
