I moved to this surgery with my two children when my regular one in Metheringham closed. During the last year I’ve visited more often than usual. I have to say that every member of staff I’ve ever seen in the practice has been so helpful and caring, I wish I’d changed years ago. The reception staff have been efficient and respectful , I’ve always been able to get an appointment and they’ve been helpful in arranging repeats and sick notes when I didn’t need to take the drs time. I’ve seen a number of the nurses there on my own and with the children - so helpful and you get a sense of real care. I recently visited with my teenage son and the nurse had such a great manner with him and examined him really thoroughly. I’ve seen a number of GPs there now, including at times locums. Without exception they’ve been fantastic - listened, read my notes, and given me choices over my medication. Just yesterday I had an appointment with a new GP to the practice and she was so professional, helpful and caring - it made me think I ought to take a moment to provide a review. We live in a world where complaining and criticism is almost second nature but sometimes overlook and take for granted what’s really good. This is a practice where patients really do matter, and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them. | ||||||

It is always difficult to review a doctors surgery as everyone will consider that the problem they need to be looked at it the most important thing in the entire planet.
I have used the surgery with various family member dealing with cancer down to ear infections and I have always found the staff on reception to be friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I may not always get an appointment in the next five minutes but they have been very flexible with my 'demands' prioritising efficiently and effectively.
We need to remember that a doctors will deal with all ends of the scale and have to plan for things that may happen during the day that are real emergencies and everything in between.
The doctors and nurse practitioners have a variety of skills to cover all bases and the receptionists have always sent me to the right person. I would fully recommend this surgery. | ||||||

I am sorry that, due to leaving the area, I have to leave this practice. Over the last few years, all the staff have treated me with courtesy, kindness and respect. It is an extremely well run surgery and the waiting room is usually tranquil. I would have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone needing a decent general practice surgery. | ||||||
