Here is my honest and respectful review..... Getting an appointment is almost impossible, phones are always engaged and when you do get through you find the patients who queue up have got them all. The service given is fine when you do get to see them just expect to wait a very long time! Many years ago under the previous management things seemed to be much improved on what they are now. I guess that is down to experience. My advice sign up at another surgery, just like I was forced to! | ||||||

I have never come across such a ridiculous system for appointments. Its better than Lotto - at least you don't have to pay!!
The idea is: ring at 10 am (I have never heard of a Surgery not opening until 10). If you are a second before 10, it goes to Woodhall Spa, and by the time they have answered and tell you they can't help, the line is permanently engaged. I counted on my mobile how many times I had redialled EIGHTY THREE!!!
The next way to get an appointment is to ring after 2 o'clock on a Tuesday?? I rang after 3 (thats after 2) to be told there were no appointments, apparently they all go by 2.15!!
What a farce.
The only good thing I can say is that the Doctors there are OK. Its just getting to see them .
Anyway, I have had enough, I'm changing Doctors. Luckily I have a choice, I am in the catchment area of 3 other Surgeries - and they all open at 8.30 = more appointments available!! | ||||||

Lack of communication resulted in 5 visits just to get registered and set up online. Incorrect repeat prescription issued. Opening times and appointment times are diabolical. What surgery only offers appointments between 10am and 4pm? How is anyone who works supposed to get an appointment? Granted if you work Woodhall spa side you could go there for an earlier or later appointment but that’s almost an hour away for anyone working in Lincoln. Looking at previous reviews, it seems this has been an issue for several years. | ||||||
