2022 and you still cant get to see a GP. communication for results awful. ask my gp this morning cut off at 9.45. if you are looking for a surgery go for Econsult since this rarely stops according to my friend who is at another surgery down the road, or maybe just this surgery that switch it off so early you dont stand a chance. Avoid this surgery. only recently put four chairs in the waiting room which is always empty and only this week allowing patients to go inside rather than the outside window with a brolly. mental health is obviously not their first thought when dealing with their patients and their worries about their health. We are living with Covid and I have done some research, seems this is the only surgery within 10 miles that have no patients in or out or sat in waiting room. | ||||||

Increasingly difficult to ever get an appointment. On the rare occasions friends and family have seen a nurse, the wrong treatment/diagnosis has been given. Unhelpful unsympathetic reception. | ||||||

My husband & I cannot fault the service we have received from Woodhall Spa New Surgery over the last 18 years. The Doctors will listen to your problems, then fully explain and discuss any treatment that may be necessary in an unhurried way. They never rush you. The Nursing staff are helpful and put you at ease. The Receptionists are always friendly and cheerful and will always try to fit you in even when the day's appointments are taken. If the problem is urgent they will ask a doctor to call you back.
We are in our 70/80's but do not abuse the doctor's valuable time. Maybe this is why we are accommodated when we do need to see someone.
We are very pleased to be patients at this surgery.. | ||||||
