There is always a long queue on the phone, and the service from all the staff is terrible. They don’t really care about treating people it’s just a job for them clearly a job they don’t like doing. | ||||||

Over the last couple of months this GP has really gone down hill. First I called two weeks straight for an appointment after having a lump but could not get an appointment for. Eventually got one last Thursday after a complaint. Then again today over something similar tried to call 20 times as seen by the imagine for an appointment since 8 this morning but could not get through. To finally get through at 8:55 to say no appointment. It really doesn’t matter how serious it is as well. | ||||||

I visited the surgery, as I was feeling poorly. The service was excellent. The receptionist team were very helpful and the doctor was very kind. She was very thorough and had the time to listen to me. Thank you for your wonderful service. | ||||||
