We joined this practice in 2014. We experienced a very efficient service from the then Proprietors. Unfortunately- let’s speed up to January 2023, such a decline in service, both with triage and face-to-face. The exchange of personnel a few years ago seems to have really affected the whole experience- from Reception service up! The current triage service is a joke, we have inarticulate prompts on recorded messages, both admin and Doctors. And my goodness, how long does it take to finally cut to the chase! You should listen to yourselves! Finally - relief at having jumped the hurdles, only to be be told xx and z why you cannot possibly score an appointment for the next few weeks! Ring back at 8 tomorrow- seriously, I feel lucky I’m not suffering any manic/depressive condition! Come on - you need to stop hiding behind COVID and get back to normal! |

I tried phoning Thursday and Fiday both days at 8an,in a queue (24).3/4 hour later the receptionist told me in an acid tone no appointment available.!What a waste of time.I am a new patient, but what do you have to do to get an appointment. Is beyond belief.. Awaiting call back from 111 completely different service altogether.!! |
