    I've been with this practice for 20 years and have always been extremely happy with the service until this year. I'm on 2 sorts of blood pressure tablets and tablets for crippling arthritis yet can I get a review appointment? Not for 5 weeks I can't. This is an on going thing, it's that bad at the moment I'm having to resort to herbal remedies which are useless. I feel so sorry for the poor girls on reception because they are on the front line and get all the stick. In my opinion this is a badly thought out idea. Give us access to proper appointments again please.
