Second day of ringing and waiting an hour to be answered to be told no appointments absolutely disgusting and waiting six months for practice manager to respond to complaints |

Took time off work to be with my 91yr old mother for a pre arranged phone appointment 10.45 am 12/12/23 confirmed by text and even a reminder sent. No call by 12pm,rang surgery got through after 35 mins to be told appointment is 2pm on 13th. Unable to explain this, absolutely terrible service, don't seem to care less!!! |

Needs closing down and re opening with doctors that actually care and listen to your symptoms instead of putting words into your mouth or just fobbing you off they fail to tell you results of test the main doctor ciri however its spelt has an attitude problem also got told once where not going to keep doing test i was shocked as ive been experiencing very odd pains and symptoms only to find out now theres something not right i have abnormaly high testosterone and dont take drugs but still no urgency even tho cuertain tumors and cancers can cause this to happen i also have polyps that was found in my rectum and a sessille polyp in my sigmoid now i have to have a full colonoscopy dome. All this was found by the qmc hospital doing other procedures. God help this practice if anything is wrong as i will kick up such a fuss they wont know whats hit em . The way the treat people is dissgracefull if you present with too many symptoms they act like they only have time for one of your problems and then your made to feel like an hypercondriact something has to chamge it really does. |
