I have been a patient at Millview for many years and have never found a problem getting an appointment. All staff are really friendly, helpful and professional. I cannot rate them highly enough....they are all superb. | ||||||

This surgery has gone downhill over the past few years, now almost impossible to get an appointment especially one to suit a patient's needs
Far to many trainees and lack of experienced staff.
Online services becoming a complete waste of space.
Letters and emails from specialists/hospitals going missing on several occasions giving rise to concerns of private medical information breaches.
Appear more bothered about getting patient's in & out as quickly as possible rather than proper diagnosis and treatment.
They should be putting patient's health and speedy recovery first and foremost to enable them to return to a normal live and be able to have respect in themselves getting back to doing everydaythings. | ||||||
